Upon confirming that credit card fraud occurred, the credit card issuer should waive any liability on your part for the unauthorized card. If the full amount is not waived, this site will reimburse to you any remaining liability up to a maximum of $50. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized credit card usage to this amount.
