BigHeart--Return Policy

First, if you're returning a BigHeart product, we're sad, and we're sorry that you're not completely satisfied. Now, here's what to do:

1 -- Pack the item in a box with some padding. If you have the original box, that would be best.

2 -- Write a note telling us how you want to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, credit the card originally charged, or other (please explain)?

3 -- We're always trying to improve things here at BigHeart, so it would help if you let us know why you are returning the item (for example: didn't like color, damaged in transit, etc.).
